TREATMENT SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS ("TSS") IS WILLING TO LICENSE THE SOFTWARE
IDENTIFIED ABOVE TO YOU ONLY UPON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE
TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT AND SUPPLEMENTAL LICENSE TERMS
(COLLECTIVELY "AGREEMENT"). PLEASE READ THE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.
You agree that any legal action, proceeding or other matters relating to your
access to, or use of, the Information or the Sites shall be governed by U.S.
federal law or the laws of the State of Maryland. You may not access, download,
use or export the Information in violation of U.S. export laws or regulations,
or in violation of any applicable local laws or regulations.
